Our History
Camisería El Castillo is a family business located in the center of Madrid, next to the Plaza Mayor. Its origin dates back to 1931.
The history of this legendary Madrid store began in 1931. That year, Inocencio González Blanco opened his own store that with the passing of the years would end up becoming what is currently known as Camisería El Castillo.
The current owners of the store are the grandchildren of Isabel and Carlos, the niece of Inocencio González and the manager of the store. Years go by but it follows the same spirit of attention and care with which this store has served so many locals and city visitors throughout the 20th century.
